You want to run fast this fall.
You need a plan to get there.

Individualized summer coaching for high school runners — built around you, not a group.

Get in Touch

You know the summer matters. The work you put in between June and August is what determines how your cross country season goes. But most high school runners are on their own for all of it. Your coaches aren't there. You don't have a structured plan. And even if you're putting in miles, you have no way of knowing if what you're doing is actually setting you up for the season you want.

Summer XC camps try to fill this gap, but they last a few days. The coaches running them never really get to know you. You show up, train with a group, go home, and figure out the rest on your own. It's a great experience — but it's not a system that's going to carry you through the summer and into your best season.

This program is different. Every athlete gets a full summer of individualized coaching — not a weekend, not a group plan, and not a template. Your plan is built around who you are, where you are, and where you're trying to go.

Everything You Need for the Summer

A training plan built for you.

Not the group. Not the average athlete your age. You — your fitness, your experience, your goals. It adjusts as you progress.

A coach for the entire summer.

Regular check-ins, real-time adjustments, and someone who knows your training well enough to make smart decisions with you. From June through August, you have a coach in your corner.

Education that goes beyond the run.

We cover the things most high school athletes don't learn until college — or never learn at all. How your body adapts to training. Pacing. Nutrition. Iron and ferritin. The mental side of racing. If you want to know it, we'll teach it.

A community of serious runners.

You'll train alongside athletes from across the country who are all working toward the same thing. The right environment raises your standard.

Any Level. One Standard.

High school runners at any level who are serious about improving. The program runs June through August with rolling enrollment — join whenever you're ready. Every plan is built individually, so there's no start date to wait for.

For parents: Your athlete will be coached by Chris Myers, founder of Myers Run Project. The program is individually structured and supervised, with remote coaching available nationwide and in-person sessions available for athletes in the Lancaster, PA area. Reach out with any questions.
